Evaluation, analysis, decision-making and reporting skills
1- this standard is necessary for the individual in his life, as his success in this life depends on his competence in evaluating situations, analysing them, making decisions
about them and reporting to others about this process that led to this decision. This standard becomes increasingly important in the process of transferring knowledge and skills, if we want to develop a person’s knowledge and skills, we must accurately evaluate his level and then analyse that by determining what he has and what he needs, and thus developing cognitive, academic and skill plans that are appropriate for this analysis. This process is considered incomplete unless the individual possesses the skill of reporting about it, so that those concerned and others can see exactly what he did.
