The absence of logic, constructive critical thinking,  research not based on complete cognitive tools, and common logical fallacies, all of these have led to a significant decline in the actions and behaviour of the human being, which is considered an imminent danger facing the human being as a whole. Unfortunately, the right logic is absent in third world countries and the Arab societies, and the approved scientific research tools are limited to a narrow scope or may even disappear. Therefore, we have taken it upon ourselves to qualify our societies and provide them with logic, cognitive foundations, and approved scientific research methods.

about them and reporting to others about this process that led to this decision. This standard becomes increasingly important in the process of transferring knowledge and skills, if we want to develop a person’s knowledge and skills, we must accurately evaluate his level and then analyse that by determining what he has and what he needs, and thus developing cognitive, academic and skill plans that are appropriate for this analysis. This process is considered incomplete unless the individual possesses the skill of reporting about it, so that those concerned and others can see exactly what he did.
